Secondary Roof Support

Coalroc Contractors are specialists in installing ground support for the underground coal mining industry. Coalroc have the equipment and experience to install:

• Mega bolts
• Flexi bolts
• Roof bolts
• Cable bolts
• Rib bolts
• Rib mesh
• Tin cans

Additionally, Coalroc own an extensive range of equipment to install, tension and grout all types of ground support. This includes general purpose air over hydraulic rigs, QDS bolters, QDS rib bolters and a QDS Jumbo.

Ventilation

Coalroc Contractors can install various Ventilation devices, from segregation stoppings, to 20 psi & 50 psi Goaf Seals.

Additionally, Coalroc Contractors can supply or supply and install rated and non- rated Overcasts, Machinery Doors, Man access doors, regulators and conveyor coffin seals. All ventilation devices can be fitted with Rated Steel Man Access Doors.

Conveyor Installations

Coalroc are specialists in conveyor installations for underground mines. Our staff have fitted and installed systems from 1050 mm wide to 2000 mm wide. We work closely with the client to ensure a minimal amount of downtime is required for the installation. This enables the mine to continue to function at optimum production levels.
