Dugine Mine Services (DMS) is an Indigenous focused company that is 100% owned by Coalroc.

DMS undertakes surface works within the Bowen Basin coal industry as well as with agricultural and local government organisations.

The creation of DMS was driven out of a desire to fulfill the demand for a skilled workforce from a reliable local source of personnel, rather than sourcing labour from interstate and overseas.
