Dugine Native Plant Nursery

DMS works extensively with a number of mine operators to rehabilitate and revegetate local mine sites.  Our team researches, locates and grows native flora to rehabilitate and revegetate mine sites and other locations to closely resemble their original environment.

The DMS team travels to work sites, locates and identifies native flora species and then harvests and germinates seeds to be replanted. This component of our service is led by a qualified horticulturalist.

The long term aim of DMS is to further expand the native plant nursery based in the central hub of Mackay.
