DMS Labour Hire is focused on supplying the right person for the job, the first time.  DMS Labour Hire is a division of Dugine Mine Services Pty Ltd which grew from the parent organisation in March, 2009.

The division is managed and operated by two of Mackay’s well known HR professionals who have in excess of 30 years of recruitment experience in the Mackay and Bowen Basin region and who joined the DMS team from a well known Mackay recruitment company.  They are highly experienced in all aspects of recruitment and understand the construction, mining and mining services industries intimately.  Because of diligent care taken, DMS guarantee all placements.

The business is locally owned and offers a full range of HR services including labour hire, recruitment, job placements, HR management & consultancy and WHSO consultancy.  The company has great energy and extensive resources and prides itself on the quality of candidates and clients with which it operates.
