Workshop

The workshop is the hub of the operations in Mackay. It supplies and services most underground equipment and has recently had a painting bay installed to ensure the highest quality finish to all equipment.

In January of 2011 Coalroc's Mackay workshop gained a Notice of RecognisedService   Facility (RSF) for Explosion Protected Diesel Engine Systems (ExDES). A copy of this certificate is  available for viewing.

Our 2800sqm workshop facilities include:

• Six tonne overhead crane
• Two lathes
• Mill
• Parts blasting and cleaning facilities
• 600 cfm compressor
• Environmental wash down bay
• Fully equipped spray booth
• Two, four and ten tonne fork lifts
• Pump repairs and sales
